This session will explore several paths and plans to retain and recruit students. Defining the new world teachers and students are living in post-Covid will facilitate options to keep your current students, re-find those that have left and appeal to new students. Re-thinking expectations, re-evaluating outcomes, and re-establishing norms can be healthy and beneficial for both teacher and student. Let’s understand and explore our options for healthy achievable musical results that encourage students to become life lovers and learners of music.
